Health Pulse is an annual syndicated Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty study in the Health Insurance sector released by KANTAR IMRB’s Stakeholder Management division. This 2016-17 report (2nd Edition) tracks Customer experience with the Insurer provides valuable insights on the customer needs, expectations and mindset.
It provides an annual ranking of the top performers in the sector. Ranking is based on Customer Experience Index, which is a composite of multiple experiences including Product, Purchase and Onboarding, Renewals, Claim and experiences along customer support points like Branch, Call Centre, Website and so on.
