HomeToday e-governance initiatives are being implemented at the central, state and local government levels through various Public Private Partnerships. E-governance helps simplify processes and makes access to government information more easily accessible for public sector agencies and citizens In the last two decades, IMRB has grown with the ever changing government and technologies and has come a long way from 2003 when the E-Readiness Assessment Report was released to 2010 when a Mid-term Assessment of the CSC Scheme was carried out by visiting more than 1700 villages across 19 states. IMRB has actively worked with Govt & industry bodies like DIT, DARPAG, GeSCI, IRCTC as well as technology companies like Intel, IBM and Microsoft to address their information needs on specific issues. In July 2010, a paper was presented on - ICT and New Media Technologies ‐ New Financial Inclusion Paradigm for Grassroots at the Government Transformation Forum held at New Delhi where the theme was Transforming Public Services for Next Generation.
