E-governance

Home

Today e-governance initiatives are being implemented at the central, state and local government levels through various Public Private Partnerships. E-governance helps simplify processes and makes access to government information more easily accessible for public sector agencies and citizens

In the last two decades, IMRB has grown with the ever changing government and technologies and has come a long way from 2003 when the E-Readiness Assessment Report was released to 2010 when a Mid-term Assessment of the CSC Scheme was carried out by visiting more than 1700 villages across 19 states.

Our Studies

Types of eGovernance Studies:

eGovernance studies can be classified into four categories depending upon the role of the government and the other beneficiary involved:

  • Government to Government (G2G)
  • Government to Business (G2B)
  • Business to Government (B2G)
  • Government to Citizens (G2C)
  • Government to Employees (G2E)

IMRB has experience in conducting studies within all the above categories. Some of these studies included National eGovernance Awards, Impact Assessment of MCA21, Mid-term Assessment of Rajasthan Education Initiative, Impact Assessment of Transport Project, Mid- term assessment of Common Service Centers (CSCs), etc.
