We have carried out studies on Emerging software technology parks and hi-tech commercial centres. The areas of enquiry in such studies has included product development based on ascertaining the specific needs of knowledge based industries who are the target for such complexes.
We have successfully helped some large hotel chains to plan the size of hotels in a few cities based on the existing facilities in competition hotels, tourist arrivals, need gap for better services to the patrons, possibility of new ventures etc.
