Developing Market Research skills

  • Lyceum : A month long comprehensive induction program aimed at exposing the new entrants to the basics of research , involving small groups with more class work and live business cases.
  • Lycee : A refresher course in market research targeted towards 2 – 3 year olds in the system.
  • Colloquium : An advanced training program designed for skill building on research tools and techniques.
  • Athenaeum : Training in best of class field practices
  • Inceptum : Our induction training for budding data analyzers

Developing Leadership Skills

Our top performers are sent to world class leadership training programs conceptualized and conducted by our parent company , The Kantar Group. The highly acclaimed leadership development programs include

  • Maestro : A 3 day workshop for very senior leaders to help develop strong and trusted relationships with clients
  • First Chair : A program designed to develop business problem solving and client development skills among mid level managers
  • Essentials of Management : Focuses on both the people aspects (such as building commitment and motivation, and the core skills of listening, questioning and influencing) and the task aspects (such as prioritising, delegating and goal setting) of management
  • MBA P & O : A program designed to help new managers develop capability to handle more complex people handling issues.
