Field hierarchy

Unit Head As a UH you will have P&L responsibility for your business or performance unit. You will be responsible for managing the financials of your unit, building its equity through strategic planning, investing in high quality thinking and leveraging the company ‘s and the unit ‘s specialist strengths to gain competitive advantage for IMRB in the market place. Also, as a support function head, you will have to liaison with all the internal business /performance units to understand their business needs and align processes , resource planning, people capabilities to deliver quality output, that will act as a critical input to generating value added insights to IMRB clients.
Group Director Analytics As a GDA, you will be responsible for managing the turnaround of existing business goals by effective resource planning, people and process capability building. At this level you will be expected to deliver high quality thought leadership, ensuring bench strength for your group and manage employee expectations.
Group Manager Analytics As a GMA, you will graduate from independently handling projects to independently managing teams and developing their analysis skills, managing their performance and above all being fully responsible for the quality and the timeliness of the deliverables. You will be responsible for managing client relationships by understanding their needs sharply and providing solutions to key questions.
Analytics Manager As an AM, you will be independently handling projects and will learn to extract data and use statistical tools and draw out key analysis, thereby assisting research to draw out key insights. At all points in time, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
