Product Encounter Session (PES) is a dialogue with consumers to understand their product sensorial experiences, wherein the focus is on the Product Truth.

PES is one particular application of the ‘Encounter Sessions’ idea - encounter sessions that create a platform for the brand / product custodian to enter into a dialogue with consumers about a range of business-relevant issues. The PES helps in:
